I WAS ABLE TO FIX THIS WITHOUT WIPING!!! This requires close following of instructions, and a little bit of technical skill, but is worth it if you don’t want to factory reset your phone.
What is loop mobile professional#
I haven’ t brought it to any professional help since the incident (as of when this comment was typed). And step 4 didn’t show a hint of success. And even though I followed the steps, they unfortunately have not helped me For step 3, the phone said it was going into recovery mode, but then went back to looping. It turns off shortly after, then does it again in an endless loop. It shows LG’s logo, powered by android, and that’s it. The phone hasn’t fully booted since the 3rd (or 2nd?) week of Sep. So I thought that a simple reset would resolve the issue. I was baffled as to why it would say that, but I also knew that the audio jack was very unstable for some time, for when I plug something into it (say earbuds or headphones), it doesn’t read the device.Īny audio jack I plug in has to be in a certain position for audio to be played at all, and that audio’s overall quality (from the port) was progressively getting worse.Īt the time, I was annoyed that this happened since I had been streaming something while listening through the phone’s speakers, and I couldn’t press play since the phone thought there was a device plugged in, while ALSO stuck in that protocol where it auto pauses after a jack is unplugged. Still having trouble? Let us know in the comments section.īefore it went into its loop, it said that the Hi-Fi feature (which only functions when an audio device is plugged into the phone’s audio port) was turned on.
If you’re a Nexus 5X user, there is a known bootloop issue with the phone. If the device starts successfully in Safe Mode, you may have to uninstall problematic apps or undo a setting that may have caused the issue. This should place the device into “Safe Mode”. Wait for the manufacturer name to appear on the screen while it’s booting, then press and hold “ Volume Down“. This will often clear the memory, and cause the device to start normally. Do this for about 20 seconds or until the device restarts again. Press and hold both the “ Power” and “ Volume Down” buttons. You may need to let it sit plugged in for a few minutes before performing the next step. Plug into a Wall Electric SourceĮnsure your device has enough power. This will ensure there are no buttons or sensors impeding the function of the phone. If you have a case on your phone, remove it.
